Chances were few and far between for both sides in the first half. Stapleton's keeper did well to keep the score 0-0 going into half time.

Olveston dominated possession but were unable to put away their chances throughout the game. This felt like a defeat but we'll take the positives from a solid defensive display. A first clean sheet for newcomer in goal Freddie Wood was also a bonus.
