SGS Olveston United Women have moved to further strengthen their side for the final months of the season with the arrival of Bristol City Women U21 Goalkeeper Yasmin Davies on a dual signing.

16 year old Yasmin arrives at The Stoke Gifford Stadium with a growing profile that has seen her flourish under the Bristol City Women’s pathway, recently moving into the Under 21s as well as representing Wales at international level with their Under 16s and 17s.

We are delighted to welcome Yasmin to the squad and look forward to her making her debut with us soon.

First Team Manager James Eveleigh said “I would like to place on record my thanks to Rich Duffy and James Thomas at Bristol City for assisting us in getting this arrangement in place and entrusting us to be part of Yasmin’s development. We have been keen to add some competition to this area of the squad for some time and Yasmin’s arrival will certainly provide that. While only a short-term arrangement with the season coming to a close, we hope to be in a position to extend the agreement into next season as well.

Yasmin is a really exciting prospect who is destined for big things. I am delighted to have her on board and look forward to working with her and seeing her make her debut with us soon.”
